StrideZen is a software and web-services platform operated by Gus Business Ventures, LLC ("StrideZen," "we," "us," "our"), based in Aledo, Texas. These Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS/Text Messaging Terms govern your use of StrideZen's website (gostridezen.com), the web pages, booking tools, and communication programs we operate for our business customers ("Clients"), and any text-message or email programs we run on our own behalf or on behalf of a Client.

Services Offered

StrideZen provides automated business-growth tools for home service companies and other small businesses, including custom website creation, hosting, online booking and scheduling, AI-powered chat and voice assistants, reputation and review management, and automated customer follow-up sequences. Services are delivered through our cloud-based platform on a monthly subscription basis, with an optional one-time setup fee.

Subscription & Billing

StrideZen subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed securely via Stripe using the payment method on file. Applicable sales tax is added based on your location. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any one-time setup fee is billed at the start of your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your StrideZen subscription at any time by contacting justin@gostridezen.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through the remainder of that paid period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

Refund Policy

Because StrideZen is a digital service with immediate access upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us at justin@gostridezen.com and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing concern or dispute, please contact justin@gostridezen.com. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and used on StrideZen's own website, on web pages and forms we operate on behalf of Clients (including pages on the go.gostridezen.com domain), and in the SMS and email programs we operate.

Information we collect

Information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, business name and address, and any message or feedback you type into a form on our pages.
Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe (PCI-compliant); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Program information held by our Clients: if you are a customer of one of our Clients, that business may provide contact details you previously gave them (such as your name and phone number from a past service visit) so we can send communications on their behalf.
Basic technical information: standard web logs such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep our pages working and secure.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve our services and to process payments.
To communicate with you about your account and send service-related updates.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and (with your consent) occasional promotional messages.
To send communications on behalf of the Client you did business with, such as a request to share feedback or a review after a completed job, and to route private feedback to the business owner so they can follow up.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to deliver our services. These are primarily Stripe (payment processing), Google (email and workspace), and the telecom and hosting providers that deliver our messages and run our systems, and each is permitted to use it only to provide those services. We also share information with the specific Client on whose behalf we are operating.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel, we delete your data within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), PCI-compliant payment processing, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing justin@gostridezen.com.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (see SMS Terms below).

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

StrideZen operates two types of text-message (SMS) programs. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS and MMS messages as described below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

1. Messages from StrideZen

If you provide your number on a StrideZen form (such as a demo request or intake form) or opt in verbally, you may receive messages from StrideZen about your inquiry or account, including demo scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional messages.

2. Messages sent on behalf of our Clients

If you are a customer of a business that uses StrideZen, you may receive messages sent on that business's behalf, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and a request to share feedback or a review after a completed job. Each message identifies the business it is sent for.

For both programs:

Message frequency varies and is typically low.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact justin@gostridezen.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in/consent data are ever sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the subprocessors (such as our telecom and platform providers) needed to deliver the messages you have requested.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Privacy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Privacy are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
